Yet again we are out in Park City to do some hiking…

grilling….

Fantastic views most nights during dinner.

I spent quite a bit of time getting the second property ready to go as well… and Jeremy stopped by several days….

He is an enormous animal. His head is probably 12″ x 18″ x 30″ and he is at least 7 feet at the shoulder.

His rack is 5 feet wide.

Found a few new hikes right by the house but forgot the camera!

Definitely wont forget it in August, can’t wait to get back!

In February, Steve and Nancy came out with us for some skiing.

Lethy and Nan took a lesson for ladies and unfortunately, I broke Steve at the end of a terrific powder day 🙁

We still were able to do some snow shoeing and of course a wonderful dinner at Prime!

Can’t wait to be hitting the slopes again next year!

Me, Mom, Dad and Jane came out for some skiing.

The first day we got 28″ of powder – so much that I couldn’t even drive to the slopes!

The following day had even more snow – another 18″.

I found a trail where my pole went all the way to the handle in the pow.

On that trip I also finally got to ride the new gondola!

Awesome views and sooooooo much territory to ski!

We skied a couple days at Deer Valley too!

We would return in August and use the Deer Valley house for the first time.

It was certainly sad to be transforming the condo into a purely investment property, but the Deer Valley property sure is great to relax at:

There are about 4 different hikes of varying difficulty right out the front door practically.

Jane and Katie came out with us.

That trip we also went down to arches for several days.

The highlight was a very early, in the dark hike up to Delicate Arch to watch the sunrise.

For 4th of July we came out to Utah.

Most of the trip was spent preparing the Deer Valley property to be habitable.

Of course, we did take a break for some Squatters breakfast one day:
