This year we again came out to PC for Thanksgiving.

We again did chicken on the grill, this time without foil and it came out great in my opinion.

Lethy stuffed some portabella’s with a veggie blend, it looked and tasted great! Sweet potatoes, balsamic soaked grilled onions, etc were all good, too!

Later in the trip we grilled veggie skewers with bacon…. YUM!

Pineapple and Pears grilled were awesome as well!

Of course we went to Prime which was fantastic as usual and we enjoyed the music quite a bit. We basically had the place to ourselves with a couple other tables and got to play guess that song!

A few of the wines we enjoyed:

3 days of skiing:

Park City Mountain – not much was open but the snow was good.

Brighton – First time there, some nice trails, very pretty!

Solitude – A handful of trails to ski, but the snow was good on our favorite steep bowl!

Of course as we were leaving a big storm rolled in chasing Jane out of town early and making my time at the Lakeside jobsite snowy and cold. But oh well!

Today I’m back in PC to manage our electronics upgrades

We got my dad tickets to see the Eagles for his birthday.
First we went out to dinner at Seven Bistro which was quite good.

Then off to the show. No opener, just three sets.

The opening section was mostly older and slower songs.

They introduced most songs with a story which was great. Some introductions were live and some were recorded and shown on the screen.

As the night went on they progressed through their catalog and on to more rock based songs. In the end, they played pretty much everything one could hope to hear.

Joe Walsh is a real character, he had a lot of fun making jokes, funny faces, etc.

The most important thing in my opinion is that they were clearly enjoying themselves and so did we!
