Our last day was a very, very long one.
We started in Ocean Shores and packed up. Rather than chill on the beach and then head to the airport at the end of the day, we decided to super road trip…
We went up 101 back into Olympic all the way to the north edge of the peninsula, then through the park coming out at Port Angeles.
A ton of driving, but some really nice views along the way.
From Port Angeles we followed the Puget sound south then drove out onto some islands via bridges…
Before catching a ferry back to Seattle…
Yes, that white hazy thing is Rainier.
Once we docked north of Seattle we fought rush hour traffic and made our way to the airport to catch our redeye home.
